NOTICE OF HEARING EAST HANOVER TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of East Hanover Township will
meet to conduct a hearing on January 27, 2021, beginning at 7:00 p.m. by the
Zoom Video Conferencing Application.

APPLICATION
FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION NO. 2021-01. The Board will consider an Application with
regard to J & S Fabrications filed by James E. Kline, owner of the property
located at 9330 Allentown Blvd., Grantville, PA, 17028, East Hanover Township, Dauphin
County, and Tax Parcel No. 25-014-108. The
property is located in a Highway Commercial Zone (HC); section 201G of the East
Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance.
Applicant seeks a Special Exception pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Section
1305.C.3 for the expansion of a non-conforming non-residential use and
construction of a 9,600 sq.ft. Addition onto an existing building.
